Social Enterprise and Beyond

Enterprise can become a force for the building of sustainable, regenerative society, for encouraging community, and true wealth for all.

The world is full of people with good ideas, and visions trying to make a difference. We think that one of the best things we can do is to help each of those people to become the best leaders they can be, and to build their businesses and expand them into something truly wonderful for society.

The world is full of businesses who would like to do a better job for the world, and the best thing we can do for them is to help them achieve their goals.

The world is full of associations and communities that have strong ideals and visions, but could grow and have so much more impact on the world. The best thing we can do is to help them grow.

Our consulting work is based on the Regenerative Oneness Principles – principles that lead us to work together in harmony and effectiveness to make a better world, and at the same time to create wealth and abundance for ourselves and those around us.

The Problem

We are at the end of an era of free market capitalism — we now enter an era of geopolitical unrest, unpredictable and extreme climate events, natural resource depletion and decentralised exponential technology — and we are faced with a choice of what world we are going to build next.  Our view is that human consciousness, both collectively and individually must match the change we wish to see in the world.  Our first step is to acknowledge that our consciousness is powerful and has led to that which we now experience.  We prepare for a transformational journey while avoiding the extremes of capitalism and communism, and rather uniting the best of what we have to work with at the moment.

The Regenerative Oneness Principles

  1. Oneness
  2. Holistic Wellbeing
  3. Community
  4. Sharing
  5. Collaboration
  6. Cooperative Governance
  7. Harmony with Nature
  8. Enlightened Leadership
  9. Holarchic Structures
  10. Maximum Utilisation

The Alignment Process

When all things are in harmony and alignment then an organisation or business naturally and easily achieves its goals and grows, the work is enjoyable, people are passionate and engaged, and the customers love and support its work. If anything is not flowing in your organisation then something is out of alignment.

The first level of this process are the 4 aspects of wealth:

  • Finance (profit and loss, assets etc.)
  • Enjoyment (flow, celebration, meaning)
  • Purchasing Capacity (meeting people’s needs)
  • Sustainability (and regenerative use of resources)

Creating Flow

To resolve and improve these issues, we use techniques based on helping people and groups to find their flow, and express their talents in the most effective possible way. To do this we go through a series of consultation workshops based on the 5 questions – Why, What, Who, When, How
